Deep fried Babbyback Ribs RibrackThe deep fried ribrack will work with most turkey fryers. Babyback and short ribs are the best.
The Ribrack fits on your turkey fryer stand, base or pot.
Marinate your ribs with any dry spices by rubbing it on the meaty side of the ribs. My favorite is garlic & pepper or dry B-B-Q mix.
The grease will sear the spices to the meat.
Stand the ribs up in the rack with the first rack of ribs in three of the slots and the second rack of ribs in the last slot with the ribs inside of the first rack of ribs.
Bring your oil (peanut oil is best) up to 300-325 deg. Place ribrack in the oil, only use enough oil to cover top of ribs.
Babyback and short ribs take about 15-20 min per batch.
spare ribs take about 30+ min.
Does not include turkey fryer or base.
